Product Warranty Details

Esener batteries are designed for a 15-year life. The warranty covers performance for a minimum period or a set number of cycles, whichever comes first.

Standard Batteries (51.2V 100Ah/200Ah): 5 years or 3,500 cycles.
Multifunctional Batteries (1.28kWh, 2.56kWh, 4.8kWh): 5 years or 3,500 cycles for battery cells and the main BMS.
Integrated BMS Module: Standard 3-year warranty.

Note: The built-in 300W inverter and DC outputs on multifunctional batteries are excluded from this warranty.

A battery is considered satisfactory if it maintains at least 40% of its original capacity throughout the warranty period. The battery's State of Health (SOH) will be determined through BMS data.

After the standard warranty expires, all Esener Lithium Batteries are covered by a 10-year Service Guarantee. This means:
