Excellent service and quality products. The installation team was very efficient and cleaned up everything perfectly afterwards. My only small issue was a slight delay in the start date due to equipment shipping, but they communicated well throughout and kept us updated.
I had a smaller 3kVA system installed at my home in Eastlea. The team was fantastic and very respectful of my property. They took the time to show me how the monitoring app works. After two years, one of the batteries had an issue, and they replaced it under warranty with no hassle. Their after-sales support is truly top-notch.
