How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Us First: If you believe there is an issue, contact our Customer Service Center immediately. Provide your name, installation address, and a clear description of the problem.
System Assessment: We will arrange a time to assess the system. If the malfunction falls within our 1-year workmanship guarantee, we will proceed with the repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Manufacturer Claim Support: If the issue occurs after the first year, we will assist you in facilitating the claim directly with the manufacturer to ensure a smooth process.

Please note that the cost of delivery for certain warranty services after the first year may be charged to the customer as per the manufacturer's policy.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The following situations are not covered:

Damage from force majeure events (such as lightning strikes, floods, fires, etc.).
Misuse, accident, negligence, or unauthorized alterations and repairs.
Damage from operating the product outside of its specified guidelines.
Products where the serial number has been manipulated or removed.
Issues arising from equipment not supplied or installed by Sona Solar Zimbabwe.
