Product must be registered within 1 week of installation.
System faults must be reported within 1 week.

Warranty Period: 3 to 5 Years

Standard batteries (51.2V) carry a 5-year/3,500 cycle warranty. Multifunctional batteries carry a 5-year/3,500 cycle warranty on cells and main BMS. This is followed by a 10-Year Service Guarantee.

Key Conditions:

Installation must be done by a qualified professional.
Product must be registered within 1 week of installation.
Depth of Discharge (DoD) must not exceed 80%.
