You can return most new, unused, and unopened items from Sona Solar Zimbabwe within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any applicable fees. Here's a breakdown of eligible and non-eligible products:
  1. Eligible Products: This includes a wide range of our solar products, such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and accessories, as long as they are in their original condition (refer to details below).
  2. Non-Eligible Products: There are a few exceptions to our return policy. Specially ordered products procured to meet your specific requirements cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, used or opened items, with the exception of those deemed faulty upon inspection by our team, are not eligible for a full refund.

Initiating a Return:

If you need to return an item, we encourage you to contact Sona Solar Zimbabwe customer service as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of receiving your order. Our customer service representatives will provide you with clear instructions on how to properly package and ship your return items back to us.

Important Conditions for Returning Products:

  1. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of transporting the returned items back to Sona Solar Zimbabwe. We recommend using a reputable courier service with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
  2. Original Packaging: To ensure a smooth return process and avoid any delays, please return the items in their original packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories that came with the product. This helps us verify the completeness of the return and expedite your refund.
  3. Proper Packaging: When packing your return items, ensure they are securely wrapped and protected to prevent damage during return shipping. Using appropriate cushioning materials and a sturdy box is essential.

Restocking Service Charge:

Please be aware that a 15% restocking service charge will be applied to all returned items, with the exception of those deemed faulty upon inspection by our technicians. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, handling, and restocking returned products. We strive to keep our restocking fee minimal to ensure our pricing remains competitive.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, our team will promptly inspect them to ensure they meet the return policy criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Defective or Damaged Items:
