Eligible & Non-Eligible Products
Eligible Products: This includes a wide range of our solar products, such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and accessories, as long as they are in their new, unused, and unopened condition.
Non-Eligible Products: Specially ordered products procured to meet your specific requirements cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Used or opened items are also not eligible for a full refund, with the exception of those deemed faulty upon inspection by our team.
Conditions for Returning Products
- Original Packaging: To ensure a smooth return process, please return items in their original packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories that came with the product.
- Proper Packaging: When packing your return, please ensure items are securely wrapped and protected to prevent damage during shipping. Using appropriate cushioning materials and a sturdy box is essential.
Refunds, Fees, and Shipping Costs
Refunds: Once we receive your returned items, our team will promptly inspect them. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Restocking Service Charge: A 15% restocking service charge will be applied to all returned items, with the exception of those deemed faulty. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, handling, and restocking returned products.
Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
