At our latest installation, we combined the robust Deye 8kW Hybrid Inverter with Pylontech US5000 (5) Lifepo4 Batteries and 18 efficient 440Watts Jinko Solar Panels to create a reliable, clean energy solution for a residential setting.

The Deye 8KW/8kVA Hybrid Inverter is the heart of the system, adept at managing power from various sources like solar panels, the main electrical grid, and even a generator.

Here's a breakdown of the key components used:

Jinko 440Watts Solar Panels (18): These panels are arranged in 2 series of 9 panels each, ensuring optimal matching and performance. With a maximum voltage around 410V in real-life scenarios, these panels produce 97% of their rated watts, delivering up to 3500w per string. They are securely mounted on aluminum rails on a tile roof, with the wiring neatly organized through 6mm PV Cables in PVC conduits to the inverter.
Pylontech US5000 (5): The Pylontech batteries are a powerhouse, capable of powering the entire household through the night when fully charged, catering to various needs like outdoor lighting and computers. These batteries kickstart recharging at 6am, ensuring a seamless power supply round the clock.

In addition to the core setup, we implemented several crucial safety and performance features:

A PV protection distribution board equipped with fuses, surge arrestors, and DC isolators.
Fuse and isolator setup between the batteries and the inverter for enhanced safety.
Grounding ROD and comprehensive earthing wiring for secure operation.
AC circuit breakers, changeover switches, and an AC distribution board with a relay for earth neutral bonding, ensuring a stable and reliable power distribution network.
